Big Brother Continued

Today we witnessed a truly adorable act of a big brother!
I had told Jack that we were going to Target (Sunday does end in a "y" and it does seem that every day ending in"y" that we end up there) and he immediately responded "Baby?" So I started to go into the "Yes, we are taking baby with us.". Instead of him going into his usual questioning me over and over, "Baby, Baby?", he disappeared from where I was getting ready. A couple of minutes later, I heard Jay saying, "Jack, what are you doing? No, you can't pick her up!" I ran into the living room where I discovered Jack wearing the Baby Bjorn and he was pulling on Lucy to try and put her into it. Instead of trusting me to remember to bring Lucy with us, he was just going to take matters into his own hands, literally.

Luckily, Lucy was as patient and calm as she always is, so she didn't even mind that her brother was trying to pull her out from under her baby gym by her feet! I hope Jack continues to be protective of her and I hope that Lucy continues to be patient of him!
